Product Exchange Policy

1. Exchange product must have not been use, and in good and saleable conditions. Only products carrying point-value (PV) is exchangeable. Non-PV items are non-exchangeable and refundable. Discontinued products, or products are no longer on the Company’s official selling list, or products that are sold previously with condition stated as “Non-Returnable” and “Non-Exchangeable” are NOT exchangeable.
2. The original copy of invoices to be presented for the request of product exchange.
3. Valid period for product exchange shall be subjected to the following and the respective country of terms and conditions.
4. All 5^th element products (Essential oil and Diffusers) and Estebel skincare must be exchanged within the three (3) months from date of the invoice.
5. Products exchanged must be of the brands. Example: The 5^th Element products (essential oil and diffusers) are not applicable for exchange for Estebel skincare products.
6. All Estebel skincare products only exchangeable within the same range of skincare products. Example – EB Men facewash can exchange to EB men toner.
7. Ed. Pinaud cosmetic, perfume, Jewellry, watches and sunglass are sold on Non-Exchangeable condition.
8. Promotional items are non-exchangeable and refundable.
